Most systems are available in a full range of color, gloss, and visual effects. Textures, Hammertones, Hammertexes, Wrinkles, Tinted Clears, Pearls, Stone Looks, and Metallic's can be formulated to comply with a wide range of functional and decorative requirements. Functional properties may include anti-gassing, mar, gouge, overbake or heat resistance's. Products can be tailored for recoatability, PDA compliance. Corona or Tribo Charging and fluid bed applications. Low-temperature curing products are available in interior and exterior grades. Super-Durable Grades provide substantial improvements in exterior weatherability verses commercial polyester formulations.

PTI pioneered Heat-Resistant Powder Coatings that resist thermal degradation at exposure temperatures exceeding 1000°F. Typical properties may include excellent outdoor weathering, sugar release, hot hardness and conformance to FDA criteria. Typical applications include exhaust components, grills, smokers, burner housings, high intensity light fixtures and cookware.
