PTI Introduces full line of antibacterial powder coatings: PTI AM

Powder Technology, Inc. (PTI) has entered into an official partnership with antimicrobial additives manufacturer BioCote®, to bring antimicrobial powder coatings* to the US market.  PTI represents the absolute pinnacle of high quality, high performance thermoset powder coatings, now available in antimicrobial formulations: presenting PTI AM series.

Independent testing of BioCote® additives, which are integrated into PTI AM coatings has shown to reduce microbes by up to 99.99%, according to test method ISO 22196.

PTI fully extrudes in BioCote® silver ion technology, to ensure full dispersion throughout the powder coating.  The AM powder coating line can be custom formulated in virtually any gloss, color, and chemistry, including textures.
